On the 29th of February 2024 the Czech prog rock band Different Light will release the single ‘A Fool’s Errand’. The band has made an accompanying video for this single. They tried to keep it personal and as a kind of short retrospective of the band.
‘A Fool’s Errand’ is taken from the band’s forthcoming album titled ‘Binary Suns Part 2 – Alternate Reality’. After their former label Progressive Gears stopped activity Different Light found a new home at at Shaded Moon Entertainment. The follow-up to their 2020 album ‘Binary Suns Part 1 – Operant Condition’ will be released in early summer 2024 on this Dutch record label. With the album having exactly the same band line-up for subsequent albums for the first time ever.

Different Light were formed in Malta at the end of 1994. Since then they have released four albums, an EP and a compilation. Since 2008 Trevor moved to Prague (Czech Republic). Over the years, their releases have garnered fantastic reviews and fan response. The band sold CDs in over 30 countries around the world and was downloaded numerous times and streamed on Spotify, iTunes, Youtube etc.
